Safety Training & Evaluation Process (STEP)

This safety program is offered exclusively to ABC members. By participating in STEP, you will share in the partnership ABC has developed with OSHA. The program was written and developed by contractors, for contractors.

As a participant, you will be able to succeed through the levels of STEP-bronze, silver, gold and platinum. It is after achieving Platinum Level that you will receive the most from your partnership. As a STEP award winner, you will be recognized at our Excellence in Construction Awards Banquet held each year in the spring.
