EMPLOYEE FREE CHOICE ACT
ABC vigorously opposes the Employee Free Choice Act (H.R. 1409 and S.560).  Introduced in the 111th Congress by Rep George Miller (D-CA) and Senator Ted Kennedy (D-MA), this legislation would take away American workers’ right to a private election and instead replace it with the “card check” process.

ABC strongly supports the Secret
Ballot Protection Act (H.R. 1176 and S. 478), introduced by Representative John Kline (R-MN) and Senator Jim DeMint (R-SC).  This legislation guarantees the right of every worker to a secret-ballot vote on decisions regarding union representation.

This video from the Free Enterprise Alliance says: The Employee Free Choice Act isn't "FREE." In fact, studies show it will cost American jobs. We cannot afford that now, or ever!
